Scotch old-fashioned

2 oz. Scotch
1 cube Sugar
1 dash Bitters
1 slice Lemon
1 slice Orange
1 Cherry

Combine the sugar cube, bitters, and one tsp. water in an old-
fashioned glass. Muddle well, add scotch, and stir. Add a twist of
lemon peel and ice cubes. Decorate with slices of orange, lemon,
and the cherry. Serve with a swizzle stick.
