4 pounds All-purpose flour
3 3/4 ounces Baking powder
2 teaspoons Salt
13 ounces Granulated sugar
1 3/4 pounds Unsalted butter, cold
7 Eggs
18 fluid ounces Milk
Whole butter, melted, as needed
Granulated sugar, as needed
Yield: 48 Pieces
1. Combine ingredients using the biscuit method.

2. Cut into 3-inch (7.5-centimeter) circles and space 2 inches (5 centimeters) apart on a paper-lined sheet pan.

3. Bake at 400°F (204°C) until lightly browned, approximately 15 to 18 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with granulated sugar.
