1 1/4 oz. Myer's Dark Rum
1 oz. Coconut Cream
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
3 dashes Grenadine
Thoroughly blend first 4 ingredients with a large scoop of crushed
ice. Pour into large goblet and top with grenadine. Garnish with
pineapple flag or flower.
