Recipe Feeder
Great way to use up some of those leftovers.
1 Tbs butter or oil
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1 1/2 cups turkey, chopped
2 1/2 cups turkey broth
1 cup rice
salt and pepper to taste
Heat the oil or butter and cook the onion and celery until soft. Add the turkey, broth, and rice and stir to mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
