1/2 oz. Cream
1/2 oz. Frangelico
1/4 oz. Triple Sec
1/4 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
Stir the four spirits with ice until nicely chilled.
Strain into Martini glass, (fresh from the freezer!).
Then float the cream over the back of a spoon coating the drink
(ideally about 0.5 cm in depth).
Finally drink the drink through the cream, do not use a straw, the
effect will be ruined!
