Ingredients Include:
0.5 oz Rum**
1.0 oz Rum Creme**
1.0 oz Coffee Liqueur
1.0 oz Cream or Half & Half
0.5 oz Strawberry Syrup
1/2 - 1 Whole Banana
1 cup Ice
** If you can find Appleton Estates Jamaican Rum/Rum Creme then I would recommend these first. Otherwise, the Captain Morgans Original Spiced is a good alternative. The Rum Creme can be difficult to find, but I was able to find a variety that Cruzan produces.
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until consistency is smooth. This make take a while depending on what kind of ice you have used. If done right you will hardly taste any alcohol and be two sheets to the wind before you finish your second round.
I often get carried away with the Rum Creme because it's smell is so good. Please note that this recipe is for one serving size.
