1 cup nonfat sour cream
6 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
OR
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Servings: 6
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in small bowl until well blended. Stir in cilantro. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted sliced vegetables.
