Mix, and mash together in a bowl:

1 lb tofu
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbspns nutritional yeast
1 tbspn grated onion
1/2 tspn garlic powder
1/2 tspn poultry seasoning
1/4 tspn black pepper

Form into patties and brown on each side in 1 tbspn oil.
