Turf cocktail

1 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 oz. Gin
1/4 tsp. Anis
2 dashes Bitters
Twist of
Orange
peel of

Stir all ingredients (except orange peel) with ice and strain into a
cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel and serve.
