3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoon Onion, Chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic, Chopped
5 cup Rice, Cooked
1 cup Tofu, Diced
3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
½ teaspoon Pepper, White
*** GARNISH ***
1 tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped
1 cup Cucumber, Sliced
2 tablespoon Chilies, Chopped
3 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Lime, Cut Into 1/2" or 1cm Thick Wedges
Heat oil in a wok,add the onion & stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the garlic & stir fry until both are golden. Add the rice & the tofu & stir fry 3 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce & white pepper. Remove from heat & place in a serving dish surrounded with garnishes.
