Vinaigrette Dressing II

1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon canned pimiento, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Yield: 1 cup
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.

Yield: 1 cup
