Does chicken pox start out as many, small, flesh-colored bumps?My son was exposed to chicken pox (not vaccinated against it) and he had a fever then his belly had lots of little bumps on it. Nothing red though. A few were pink but they are really small (smaller than a mosquito bite and larger than a mark made with a pen tip). The bumps haven't progressed in the past 24 hours. Are these precursors to chicken pox blisters?
