1/2 Lemon
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Water
2 oz. Blended Whiskey
Pour the Sugar, water and Lemon Juice into an old fashioned glass.
Add ice and wait for Sugar to dissolve.
Pour in Blended Scotch Whisky and stir.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
