Recipe Feeder
1/2 c butter
1/2 c margarine
1 c sugar
1 egg, separated
2 c all-purpose flour
1-1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1-1/2 c pecans or walnuts, chopped
Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 F.

Grease and flour a 16x11x1-inch pan.

Cream butter, margarine, and sugar. Add egg yolk, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix until blended. Press batter into pan.

Beat egg white until foamy and spread sparingly over batter. Press nuts on top.

Bake for 30 mins. Cool. Cut into squares.

Makes 48 squares.
