Apple-Cinnamon Cream Bake

1 teaspoon butter
1 apple, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon flour
Servings: 2
1. Saute apple with butter and cinnamon until tender.

2. Combine egg, milk, honey, vanilla and flour.

3. Divide apples between two buttered individual baking dishes. Pour egg mixture over apples.

4. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until firm. Serve cold.
