2 large pkgs Jello instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 tub Cool Whip
Graham Crackers
1 or 2 cans Betty Crocker chocolate frosting

Layer graham crackers in bottom of 13x9" baking pan. (Glass is preferred.)
Mix together in large bowl, pudding, milk and Cool Whip.
Spread evenly over graham crackers in pan.
Refrigerate to let pudding solidify.
Place another layer of graham crackers over pudding mixture.
Top with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours to let graham crackers soften.
