Cinnamon Apples

2 tart green apples, sliced into rings
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Servings: 4
1. Core 2 tart green apples. Slice thinly into rings. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in heavy skillet over medium heat. Sauté apple rings until tender, 5 to 6 minutes.

2. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir gently to blend.

Cooking Time: 1 hour
