40 Oreo cookies
1/3 cup butter, melted
8 oz pkg cream cheese
3 tbs sugar
12 oz strawberry yogurt
1 cup strawberries, pureed
8 oz container whipped topping

In blender, pulse cookies 1 min. In bowl, combine crumbs and butter,
press mixture into bottom and up sides of springform pan. In bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar 1 min. Reduce speed, add yogurt and stir in strawberry puree. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping, spoon berry mixture into crust. Freeze 2 hours.

Top with remaining whipped topping. GARNISH WITH halved strawberries and chocolate curls.

MAKES 10 SERVINGS.
