Crisp, natural iced tea flavor with just a hint of mint. A refreshing summer drink.

8 cups boiling water
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
14 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
4 earl grey tea bags
2 cinnamon sticks (4" each)
6 thin lemon slices
Ice
Serves 6
Measure first 6 ingredients into large heatproof bowl.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cover.
Chill for at least 8 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
Strain tea mixture through sieve into pitcher.
Discard solids.
Add lemon slices.
Stir.
Makes about 7 cups.
Pour over ice in 6 large glasses.
