½ cup Flour
6 large Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 pound Cheese, Cubed
3 ounce Cream Cheese, Softened
2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
4 slice Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add flour and cook until smooth; set aside. Beat eggs; add milk, monterey jack cheese, cream cheese and cottage cheese. Stir in baking powder, salt, sugar and butter flour mixture, mixing until well blended. Pour into a well greased 9x13x2-inch pan. Bake uncovered at 350f for 45 minutes.
