Rich chocolate brown. Satin-like appearance. Delicious.
2 cups icing (confectioners) sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup butter or hard margarine, softened
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
Beat all ingredients together in mixing bowl until smooth, adding more water or icing sugar as needed for proper spreading consistency.
