7 oz. Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. Light Cream
2 tsp. Grenadine
1/2 slice Pineapple
1 Maraschino Cherry
Shake all the ingredients together, with ice cubes, in the shaker
and strain into the highball glass. Top up with crushed ice. Spear
the fruit on a long toothpick or skewer and add it to the glass.
