1.0 large Orange
750.0 ml Red Wine
0.5 cup Sugar
1.5 cups Water
Stud orange with cloves and bake in 350 oven until skin is
browned. Quarter orange and place in a heavy saucepan with
water and sugar. Bring to a boil, dissolve sugar and reduce heat.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Add wine and heat until the mixture is
hot.
