Recipe Feeder
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked white rice
1/2 c water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 ( 15 oz. ) can tomato sauce
1 c. water

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, rice, 1/2 c. of the water and
onion. Blend in salt, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well.
Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown
the meatballs; drain fat.
3. In 11x7 inch baking dish, combine the tomato sauce and 1 c. of water.
Place the browned meatballs into the sauce, turning to coat well.
4. Cover and bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncoveer and
cook an additional 15 minutes.

* These freeze very well. Good served with mashed potatoes, corn and a
tossed salad.
