1 medium cucumber
1 small onion
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Into glass bowl, thinly slice cucumber and onion. Mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt; pour over cucumber and onion. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours. Drain and serve.
4 to 6 servings (25 calories each)
