3.0 cups Black Coffee
0.75 cups Cream
0.3 cups Maple Syrup
0.5 cups Rye Whiskey

Whip cream with 4 teaspoons maple syrup until if forms soft
mounds; set aside. Divide remaining maple syrup and whiskey
among 4 warmed heatproof glass mugs or goblets. Pour in coffee
to 1 inch of top; spoon topping over coffee.
