Recipe Feeder
3 tablespoons ground coffee
8-ounces cold water
1 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Cool Whip Whipped Topping
Place ground coffee inside paper filled (brewing) basket.
Adjust basket to fit coffee maker.
Pour the (8-ounces) of water, inside the coffee maker.
Start brewing the coffee.
While the coffee is brewing, add the half-and-half and maple syrup to a saucepan.
Cook the half-and-half and syrup over medium heat; stirring constantly, until it's thoroughly heated.
(Be sure to not let the cream and syrup come to a boil.)
Add the fresh brewed coffee to the saucepan, and stir til all is dissolved completely.
Pour heated coffee into a large coffee cup or mug.
Top coffee with a dollop of the Cool Whip, if desired.
Yield: 2 cups of maple flavored coffee
