1/3 oz. Coconut Cream
3.33 oz. Coffee
1 oz. Spiced Rum
1.7 oz. Pisang Ambon

put all ingredients except cinnamon stick on a Pyrex sauce pan,
heat and flames at the medium fire, stir gently ,make it hot and
pour into Irish coffee glass and garnish with cinnamon stick as a
stirrer.
