Apple Brandy Highball #2

2 Oz. Apple Brandy
Fill With Carbonated Water
1 Lemon Peel

Pour apple brandy over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with
carbonated water and stir. Add a twist of lemon peel on top and
serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if
preferred.)
