=Melt butter, add sugar. Suer apples till soft, add nuts, cool. Use one sheet of phyllo; spread with butter, sprinkle with sugar, put 3Tbsp apple mix along short side, pipe 3Tbsp pastry cream, roll, freeze. Cook in 450F oven till crispy brown
