12 oz. Louisiana hot sauce

6 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4-teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoon flour

1. Cook the wings by either baking or deep-frying. When done, set aside.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the flour, in a saucepan on the stove. Cook over low-medium heat. Stir constantly, so the sauce does not
burn. When hot, add flour to thicken the sauce. Continuing stirring frequently.
3. When the sauce is thick enough remove from heat. Pour about half the sauce into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix rest of sauce with wings and
place in baking dish.
4. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Makes about 35 chicken wings.
