2 Fifths Applejack
1 Pint Light Rum
1 Pint Peach Brandy
1 Pint Lemon Juice
1 cup Brandy
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
2 l. 7-UP
1 l. Club Soda
1/2 Apples
Pre-chill all ingredients and pour applejack, rum, peach brandy,
brandy, lemon juice, and maple syrup into a chilled punch bowl
with a large cake of ice. Stir well, adjust sweetness and pour in
soda. Stir gently and garnish with apple slices.
