1/2 cup Water
1/8 oz. Brown Sugar
1/8 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 oz. Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup Catsup
1/8 cup Black Pepper
1/8 cup Red Pepper
1/4 gal. Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 gal. White Wine
1/8 oz. Salt
Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in aluminum, store in glass.
