1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
1 1/2 oz. Apricot Nectar
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
1 Lemon
1/2 slice Pineapple
1 Maraschino Cherry
Shake the juice and the curacao together, with ice cubes, in the
shaker ans strain into the glass. Top up with bitter lemon and stir
breifly. Spear the slice of pineapple and the cherry on a toothpick
and add it to the glass.
