Since the summer weather seems to be hotter than ever here in Southern California, I am taking full advantage by grilling it up outside! I love BBQ chicken and I love Thai food so this recipe was inspired by my indecision as to what to cook for dinner. Using traditional BBQ ingredients like brown sugar and ground pepper I give this BBQ chicken marinade a unique twist with traditional Thai flavors.
