Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
3-3 1/2 lbs meaty chicken pieces (thighs, legs, breats)
2/3 cup Bisquick mix
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Makes 5-6 servings
Mix Bisquick mix, paprika, salt and peper, coat chicken.
Place skin side down on non-stick cookie sheet with sides.
Bake 35 minutes; turn chicken. Bake 15 - 20 minutes longer.
