Bitter Lemon Flip

1 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
2 tsp. Grenadine
2 tsp. Sugar Syrup
1 Egg Yolk
n/a Bitter Lemon
1 slice Lemon

Shake all the ingedients, except the bitter lemon, together firmly,
with ice cubes, in the shkaer and strain into the collins glass. Top
up with bitter lemon. Perch the slice of lemon on the rim of the
glass.
