4Whole chicken breasts, deboned
2Whole eggs, beaten
1Cup(s) bread crumbs
1Cup(s) wine, white or blush
1/2tsp(s). salt
1/2tsp(s). pepper
1Stick(s) butter
Dip the chicken into egg mixture and bread crumbs, then salt and pepper.
Sauté the chicken in butter on both sides till brown.
Then pour in thewine and cover.
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is completely done.
Add additional wine and butter if it boils down to keep it from burning.
Serve.
