In A Medium Bowl, Combine 1/2 C Butter, 3/4 C Sugar And Flour, Blending
Until Crumbly. Pat Firmly Into Bottomof 9 X 13" Ungreased Pan. Sprinkle
Pecan Halves Over The Top. In A Small Sauce Pan, Combine 1/2 C Brown
Sugar And 2/3 C Butter. Cook Over Medium Heat, Stirring Constantly, Until
Mixture Begins To Boil. Boil For 1 Minute, Stirring Constantly. Drizzle
Over The Pecan Halves And Crust. Bake In 3500f. Oven. When Done Sprinkle
With Chocolate Chips And Spread To Cover Pan As They Melt. Cool Before
Cutting.
