Café Amaretto

1 Cup Hot,
Black Coffee
Strong Black
1 oz. Amaretto
1/2 Oz. Cognac
1 Tbs.. Whipping Cream

Pour amaretto into coffee and stir well. Float cognac on top, using
the back of a spoon, and top with a generous portion of whipped
cream.
