2 oz Whipping Cream
2/3 oz. Bacardi Black Rum
2/3 oz. Amaretto
n/a Superfine Sugar
5 oz. Coffee

Heat up BOLS Amaretto and Rum but don't let it boil.
Pour hot coffee and 5 g of sugar and stir until the sugar has
dissolved.
Float whipped cream on top.
