Capellini With Ham And Walnuts

4 tb OLIVE OIL 1/2 ts FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1/2 c WALNUTS, FINELY CHOPPED 1/8 ts SALT
1/4 ts GARLIC POWDER 1/3 c FRESH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1/4 lb THINLY SLICED HAM * 1/4 c FINELY MINCED PARSLEY
1/2 lb CAPELLINI PASTA

* Ham, Cut Into Fine Shreds, About Four Slices.

Boil Water In A Large Pot For The Pasta. In A Large Skillet, Heat The
Olive Oil Over Medium Heat. Add The Walnuts And Garlic Powder, Saute For 3
Minutes. Stir In The Ham And Saute For 2 Minutes. Keep Warm.
Put The Pasta In The Boiling Water And Cook For 3 To 5 Minutes. Drain
And Pour Back Into The Hot Pan. Stir In The Pepper, Salt, Parmesan And
Parsley. Serve Immediately.
