4 Stash Tea Chai Spice tea bags
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup shallots
7 1/2 ounces unseasoned bread cubes
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper



1. Place the 4 Chai Spice tea bags in a cup and pour in 1/2 cup boiling water. Allow to steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags.

2. In a medium size sauce pan, combine olive oil, celery, green onions and shallots. Cook over medium heat until soft. In a large bowl combine bread crumbs, sautéed vegetables and Chai Spice concentrate.

3. Mix well.

4. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Serve stuffing as a side dish or use as a meat stuffing.
