1 cup Brown Sugar
¾ cup Butter
1 Egg
2 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
½ cup Cherries, Drained & Chopped
½ cup Pecans, Chopped
½ cup Coconut, Flaked

In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar, butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in maraschino cherries, pecans and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 10 mins until golden brown.
