Very impressive and so easy to make. Freezes well.
11 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 x 1oz. unsweetened chocolate baking squares, cut up
2 cups graham wafer crumbs
32 glazed cherries, red and green
3/4 cup fine coconut
Makes 32 confections
Put milk and chocolate in top of double boiler.
Cook over boiling water, stirring often, until thick, about 5 minutes.
Stir in graham crumbs.
Chill for 1 hour.
Mold 1 tbsp around each cherry.
Roll in coconut.
