2 large red sweet peppers, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 teaspoons minced garlic
olive oil
2 chicken breasts, cut in bite-size pieces
1/4 cup (or more) sesame seeds
1 cup ricotta
Saute peppers and garlic in olive oil and they soften and begin to brown;
remove to blender. Toss chicken pieces in bowl with sesame seeds; saute in
same skillet. Puree peppers; add ricotta and puree until blended. Add puree
to chicken and heat through.
