Chinese-Style Vegetables


1 tbsp. water
3 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 cup thin diagonal slices celery
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 medium green pepper, cut into thin diagonal slices
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce

In medium skillet mix water and vegetables. Cover; steam 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring several times. Season with salt and pepper; stir in soy sauce.
