6 lb cream cheese

50 oz (7.5 c) sugar
1 c cacao - powder

2.5 lb chocolate - melted

12 eggs

6 c cream
1 Tbsp vanilla

=Press crust into bottom and sides (1/8in ) of 9in buttered springform pan.
For cake; soften cream cheese in mixer. Stir together sugar and cacao powder, add to cream cheese while beating on slow. Add rest in order slowly while beating, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Bake at 350F 15mins, turn oven down to 275F and bake another 1.5 hours until just set in center. Turn off oven, crack door and let cool 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and cool completely.
