So good and Soooo Easy!!
2 Tubes Pillsbury Chocolate chip Cookie dough
1 8 oz brick of cream cheese - softened
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar.
Open one tube and press with floured fingers into the bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
spread over dough in bottom of pan.
Crumble remaining tube of cookie dough over mixture (it won't cover completely)
Bake in a 350 oven 30 - 35 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
