1 pound semi-sweet chocolate chips (dark or white)
2 pints fresh Florida strawberries, washed and dried
Servings: 8
Slowly melt chocolate in a bowl over a double boiler, stirring frequently. Do not overheat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir until smooth.
Rinse strawberries and dry with a paper towel. Hold the strawberries by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate one at a time.
Scrape excess chocolate on the inside of the bowl and set strawberries on waxed paper. Let chocolate harden at room temperature. Enjoy!
Notes: If chocolate becomes too thick while dipping, return bowl to double boiler and heat until smooth.
